"Most people don't disagree as much as they think they do. They've just never been in the same room long enough to find out."

The Human Frequency is built and written by one person. I spent years in social services, across the table from people on their hardest days, and kept seeing the same thing: it was never that people didn't care. It's that no one had handed them the operating instructions for the moment they were in.
I have a background in psychology and sociology, but what stuck was how rarely good, evidence-based help reaches people in language they can actually use. The research exists. It sits behind paywalls, in journals, in a register nobody speaks. Between the finding and the parent at 11pm trying to work out what just happened with their kid, there's a translation layer, and mostly nobody builds it.
So I build it AI-native: one person, shipping like a team, and keep the one corner that matters uncut. Every protocol gets a plain-language mechanism, a step you can actually run, and a citation you can check. When the evidence is contested, the page says so. When I don't know, the page says that too.
"One person, shipping like a team" — now with NVIDIA behind the build.
The Human Frequency was accepted into NVIDIA Inception, the program backing startups building with AI. It's how a one-person studio ships evidence-based tools at the pace it does — without ever cutting the corner that matters: the research stays rigorous, and every claim shows its source.
